Regulatory information
Confirmation policy :
All reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from the hotel and a 30% deposit. A secure payment link will be sent with the reservation email. Once the deposit has been received, a final confirmation email will be issued. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation that is not guaranteed.
Cancellation policy :
Unless otherwise specified, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to arrival will incur no charges. In the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the 30% deposit will be retained. For cancellations made before the 72-hour deadline, the deposit may be converted into a voucher valid for six (6) months.
Tourist tax :
Please note that a tourist tax of 15 MAD per person, per night applies and will be charged in addition to the room rate.
